The Meat
The meat is sourced and selected from our nation’s finest meat growing regions. The cattle are meticulously looked after and fed with the best grains and grass. The meat is hormone and GM free and free of antibiotics and chemical residues. Slaughter occurs under the most humane and controlled circumstances and must be trauma free. The aging process then ensures that by the time the meat is ready to cook, it will so be done in its optimum state.
The Charcoal Grill
The charcoal derives from local sources and is peculiar to Victoria. The fierce fire that is produced ensures that the meat will cook on the perfect bed where the full flavour of the steak will be able to be realized. The cooking process itself is conducted by experienced chefs that follow Vlado’s specific guidelines and techniques which are designed to deliver to each client the steak that they had described at the time when their order was taken.
